there shoudlnt have to be a ransom if the war is opted out it doesnt even go into the voting process. countries in real life stay neutral during wars and dont take place so corps and alliances in the game should be able to do the same

i simply just want Ghosting as a possibility. it would be helpful for stealth bombers and carebears all the same. when your ghosting you wont show up on the watch list as online. you wont show up on local chat unless you talk.
